Privacy and cookies
This page explains what happens to your data when you visit this website and when you play Own Your Month. In short: the website and the game use no analytics and set no cookies, and your game stays on your device.
Who is responsible
The controller of your personal data is Michal Maxian, the author of Own Your Month. For any question about privacy or to use your rights, write to feedback@moonbloomlabs.com.
The game
- The game at /play runs in your browser. It has no account and no sign-in, no analytics, no ads and no cookies.
- Your game stays in your browser on your device. It is not sent to us or to anyone else.
- The current demo does not save at all: it keeps the game only while the page is open, so closing or reloading the tab ends the game, and nothing about it is left on your device.
Analytics
The website currently uses no analytics and sets no cookies. If we add Google Analytics later, it will run only after you agree in a banner, and this page will be updated first.
Children and teenagers
Many of our players are teenagers. Neither the website nor the game asks for your name, e-mail address or any other personal details, and neither needs an account.
Feedback
The website and the game currently have no feedback form. If we add one, this page will be updated first. Until then you can write to feedback@moonbloomlabs.com; we use your e-mail only to answer you.
Hosting
This website and the game are served by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the pages and protect them from abuse. We do not use this data to track you.
Your rights
You have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. Write to feedback@moonbloomlabs.com.
You can also complain to a data protection authority: in Slovakia the Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov Slovenskej republiky (dataprotection.gov.sk), in Czechia the Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů (uoou.gov.cz).
